Candice Regan is a Fractional CFO and accounting consultant who helps both business owners and accounting teams turn complex financial challenges into clear, actionable strategies.  With over 20 years of experience leading finance for private equity firms, medium-sized businesses, and now her own consultancy, she provides the clarity, guidance, and leadership that drives growth and protects capital.

Candice doesn’t just crunch numbers, she translates them into easily digestible visuals and actionable strategies that give her clients the confidence to make bold decisions.

Candice was raised in the beautiful Temecula Valley and has lived there for over 40 years. She started her career at a local CPA firm, going on to serve as a Management Accountant and Controller for nationwide manufacturers and commercial contractors.  She caught the attention of a global private equity firm, where she was recruited as the Chief Financial Officer of their aerospace portfolio.

After leaving private equity, Candice turned her expertise to helping a technology provider reorganize and scale. Over three and a half years, as the V.P of Finance, she helped them grow from $8 million to $25 million in annual revenue, demonstrating her ability to combine strategic insight with execution. From there, she leveraged her experience at an accounting firm as a Fractional CFO to launch her own consultancy, CAS Group, where she continues to help ambitious business owners.

Candice enjoys motivating and educating the younger generation of accountants.  It is personally rewarding for her, and she takes pride in helping young professionals grow their skills, confidence, and careers.

Candice also serves her community as Treasurer of the Sage Community Council.  Committed to her local community and ensuring responsible stewardship, Candice tries to make a positive impact wherever she serves.
